Expected to Open: Early 2018
Saltine, a restaurant focusing on Louisiana and Mississippi-inspired cuisine, is taking over the 9,000-square-foot space previously occupied by Blackstone Brewery on West End. Saltine has one other location in Jackson, Mississippi. Chef Steven Robilio will lead the culinary team. Guests can expect fresh seafood, po’ boys, steaks, salads and a raw bar. The restaurant will seat 235 in the restaurant and 35 at the bar, plus patio and private dining options.
