EiO & The Hive
Expected to Open: Fall 2016
EiO and the Hive is an all-organic restaurant concept from food entrepreneur and healthy lifestyle professional Jennifer Masley. EiO will feature food, juices, coffee and cocktails in an unconventional space. There will also be a market space offering prepared meals, local goods, and EiO retail items.
The Buzz Bar inside the restaurant will offer a wide-variety of beverages, including organic juices, smoothies, elixirs, coffee, local kombucha, alkaline water on tap, and speciality cocktails.
To bring the concept to fruition, Masley has partnered with some of Nashville’s most notable restauranteurs and investors, including Mike Bodnar, Tom Morales, Steve Moore, and Charles Robert Bone.
EiO and the Hive will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the week, and brunch, lunch, dinner on the weekend. The restaurant is slated to open fall 2016.
