Holler & Dash Biscuit House, a fast-casual brunch restaurant, opened its first Nashville location on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, in the Melrose area. The new location is the brand’s flagship property, introducing a research and development kitchen. It’s the second location in Middle Tennessee, followed by the Brentwood outpost, which opened in early 2017. Nashville Guru got a look inside the new space.

The Interior

Holler & Dash Nashville features bright color tones, custom wood furniture by 5 String Furniture, towering ceilings, and exposed brick walls. The open floor plan offers a variety of seating, from two-top tables to large group tables.

The Exterior

If the weather is accommodating, take a seat on the covered patio facing 8th Avenue South. There’s a large community table along with several four-person options. Dogs are welcome!

The Menu

Biscuits are the centerpiece of Holler & Dash’s Southern-inspired menu, which is served daily from 7am to 2pm. Signature biscuits range from Chicken Holler (fried chicken, cheddar, and pickles) to Strawberry & Dash (whipped Creole cream cheese, strawberries, and whipped cream). Other options include salads, sandwiches, toasts, and sides. Make sure to get a Stumptown Nitro coffee or Rishi sweet tea to accompany your meal. See the menu.
