Oak Steakhouse Nashville opened on Friday, June 16, 2017 adjacent to The Westin Nashville at 801 Clark Place. It’s the fourth location for the celebrated steakhouse from The Indigo Restaurant Group. Oak Steakhouse Nashville has partnered with local and regional purveyors as well as Certified Angus Beef® to deliver fresh, top-notch ingredients. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

The 7,000-square-foot restaurant was designed by The Johnson Studio at Cooper Cary out of Atlanta. The space features a towering wine wall, reclaimed wood, leather banquettes, exposed light bulbs, lavish light fixtures, and contemporary furniture. There’s a bar area in the front, a main dining room in the back, and a dining space upstairs used for overflow or private events.

The Menu

The Oak Steakhouse Nashville menu is under the direction of Executive Chef Eric Zizka. The chef-driven cuisine will change seasonally, inspired by fresh, local produce. Guests can expect local ingredients from places like Bear Creek Farm, Porter Road Butcher and Noble Farms Dairy. Menu highlights include the Tennessee peach panzanella, housemade ricotta gnudi, and smoked brisket tacos. There is also a full bar program including beer, wine, and speciality cocktails.
