One of Nashville’s best summertime hangouts is The Band Box. The Band Box is a well-executed outdoor bar and lounge area within the Nashville Sounds Stadium, First Tennessee Park. Anyone who has a ticket to the game can eat, drink, sit, and play games at The Band Box. It’s only open on game nights and opens 60 minutes prior to game time.
Games + Atmosphere
The Band Box has a bunch of games including ping pong, cornhole, table hockey, and shuffleboard. The restaurant and bar occupies about 4,000 square feet in right field. There is a huge wrap-around bar, which is ideal for getting drinks quickly. There is also plenty of comfy seating within The Band Box area, but get there early to snag a spot!
The Country Club

The miniature golf course named The Country Club officially opened summer of 2016. Strategic Hospitality partnered with the Nashville Sounds, Oz Arts Nashville, and the Arts & Business Council on the project. Each hole of the course features different local and regional artists. All ages are welcome in groups up to 4 players for $5 per player.
Food + Drinks
The Band Box offers so much more than your average baseball concession stand. Beer, hotdogs, and nachos come to mind on the way to the ballpark. You will find all of these classic items at The Band Box, but done the right way! For example, the hotdog features Porter Road Butcher meat with Yazoo mustard, pickled onions, and peach relish. All of the food items are prepared thoughtfully and deliciously.
There are local craft beers on draft including a selection from Jackalope, Tennessee Brew Works, Black Abbey, and Little Harpeth, to name a few. Oh, and the Whiskey and Coke Icee is a must-try.

*HINT: If you want to grab one of the four-tops with a killer view (pictured below), you can purchase tickets for those seats. They are labeled “Band Box 4-tops” on the ticket purchasing page. The tables have wait service plus a handy flag installed on each table, which you can display to get your server’s attention when you need to place an order. Four-tops are available for $150 per table per game. You can purchase these seats online!
