The annual Cumberland River Dragon Boat Festival is Saturday, September 7, 2019, from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Vendors and dragon boat racing teams will be located on The East Bank Landing of the Cumberland River. Cheer on the teams and enjoy cultural performances. The event benefits the Cumberland River Compact.
