Diskin Cider is launching a brand new brunch program on Saturday and Sunday, February 27-28, 2021, from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The crafty cidery, which previously only offered a limited brunch selection on Sundays, is enhancing their menu to include nine specialty items like fig and ricotta bruschetta, breakfast pizza, and bao buns. Guests can also expect creative libations, such as cider mimosas and coffee cider cocktails. The new brunch menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
