Live and Breathe (LAB), an urban wellness sanctuary, is projected to open summer 2019 in the Gulch. The exclusive, member-based experience will offer a full array of wellness options under one roof ranging from massage therapy to meditation rooms to a juice bar and cafe. Nashville-based Powell Architecture + Building Studio is designing the space. Tiered individual and corporate memberships are now available.

Members can expect: 

• Services: Massage therapy techniques, luxury esthetician skin care treatments, body wraps, body scrubs, vitamin-infused float tank, cryotherapy, salt room, acupuncture, kinesiology, IV treatments, reiki, energy healing treatments
• Amenities: Pop-up studio offering an array of workout classes, meditation rooms, state-of-the-art locker rooms with infrared sauna, steam room, spa, rain showers, private lockers, indoor/outdoor relaxation areas including sanctuary room, courtyard, sunroom, LAB Spa Boutique, and The Spa Juice Bar & Café
