Under the direction of new executive chef Elliot Cunniff, formerly chef de cuisine at SoHo Grand Hotel in New York City, Watermark’s menu is undergoing fresh changes. Chef Cunniff is focusing on locally-sourced ingredient, and separates the new menu into bites, small plates, large plates and sides.

“My goal is to elevate the already fresh, delicious and local cuisine that Watermark has become known for. We have been working hard with farmers and vendors to source the highest quality ingredients from around the world and our own backyard,” says Cunniff. “My cooking is influenced by our team’s varied experiences in some of the best restaurants in the country, and everyone is very excited to take the menu in a creative new direction to provide an amazing dining experience for our customers.”

Some highlights on the new Watermark menu include King Crab Risotto, Burrata, Prime Beef Tartare, New Bedford Scallops, and Filet of Beef.

See Watermark’s full menu, and stop by to try these in-person at 507 12th Ave South (map/directions).

And don’t forget to enjoy The Gulch location until they move to their new SoBro space in late 2017.
