Sinema recently launched Bottomless Brunch, a new Sunday brunch program offering buffet-style stations and an a la carte menu for one fee of $25 per person and $12 for children 12 and under. Bottomless Brunch is every Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Reservations and walk-ins are both accepted.
There are several stations throughout the restaurant, including a pastry station, an omelet and panini station, and “The Usual Suspects” station featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fried potatoes and brown sugar backed ham.
The Bottomless Brunch a la carte menu offers guests a chance to order half-sized portions of other popular menu items like fried chicken, pancakes, BBQ spare ribs, and french toast.
The Bottomless Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar, which has a variety of juices, hot sauces, vegetables and garnishes, is an additional $15 per person.
The standard brunch and bar menu are also available for those wanting standalone menu items outside of the Bottomless Brunch offerings.
“The interactive component of ‘Bottomless Brunch’ creates a communal atmosphere and allows guests to enjoy the space,” said Q-Juan Taylor, managing partner. “It’s a converted theater space, and entertainment is a key component here. We play classic films on the big screen and create playlists that set the vibe. Sinema is a full-experience restaurant, and ‘Bottomless Brunch’ celebrates the social element that we provide.”
