Tour De Farm, hosted by the Nashville chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, is Sunday, April 15, 2018. There are two events throughout the day — a day-long VIP Farm Tour as well as a Farm-Inspired Feast fundraiser dinner. Proceeds benefit the Les Dames scholarship efforts. Les Dames Nashville’s mission is to bring awareness to the food and farming communities in the Nashville area.
VIP Farm Tour + Farm-Inspired Feast
Travel via Nash Trash Tours bus to four farms in the area including Delvin Farms, Tavalin Tails, Hatcher Dairy, and Noble Springs. Hear from the farmers and learn how their food is grown. Lunch and beverages are served during the tour. The VIP Farm Tour ticket includes entry the Farm-Inspired Feast, a seated multi-course dinner.

Farm-Inspired Feast
The Farm-Inspired Feast is a seated dinner at Deer Valley Farm in Franklin, Tennessee. Enjoy a thoughftul dinner created by chef Margot McCormack (Margot Café), chef Hal Holden-Bache (Lockeland Table, co-owned by Dame member Cara Graham), pastry chef Rebekah Turshen (City House), and pastry chef Lisa Marie White (Thompson Hotel).
