Nashville Guru got a chance to tour Element Music Row, the brand new high-rise apartment complex on Demonbreun Street next to Roundabout Plaza. Element Music Row is now leasing with move-ins starting in early 2016.

Element Music Row is only the second high-rise apartment building in Nashville, so the views are some of the best in the city. These units have views of Music Row / Belmont, Downtown, Midtown, and Vanderbilt.

Element also has 24-hour concierge service, which is uncommon in apartment communities. Someone will be on-site at all times to assist residents with their needs. Other community amenities at Element Music Row include a mid-rise pool deck with a heated saltwater pool and grills, a ground-floor fitness center and yoga room, and a state-of-the-art jam room that residents can reserve. Element Music Row will offer 18 floors of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom floorplans. You can lease these now. The 19th floor will consist of 14 luxe penthouses with the biggest one being over 3,300 square feet. The penthouse units are being auctioned. You can place your bid now.

Move-ins will not begin until all construction is complete on the building. This will prevent tenants from dealing with construction after moving into their apartment home. Leases can begin April, May, June, July, or August 2016 to prevent people from having to break their current lease. The lowest rental rates are being offered right now so if you’re interested in living here, you might want to lock-in your rate soon.
