POP Nashville - East Nashville-5
POP Nashville is the newest restaurant concept to hit the city of Nashville. The entire premise behind POP Nashville is to provide a blank slate for pop-up dining experiences and events. Chefs from near and far can transform the space into exactly what they want while diners can enjoy something unique with each new pop-in.

The woman behind the idea, Sarah Gavigan, began Otaku South, a ramen movement in Nashville. Otaku South was started with a pop-up approach by taking over local kitchens and hosting unique ramen dining experiences all over Nashville. Currently, POP Nashville has Otaku South’s ramen lunch and dinner from Tuesday through Friday and chef Dan Forberg’s “Actual Brunch” on Sundays. These are just the first two experiences coming out of POP Nashville.

The space will be ever-changing, but the awesome experience will stay the same. Expect big things to come from this space as it acts as an incubator for fresh restaurant ideas and menus from top chefs. Also, POP will serve as an awesome event space for anyone looking to host an event in Nashville.
