On April 11th and 12th at the Scarritt Bennett Center, Rick Barker (Taylor Swift’s former manager), Brett Manning (a cultural icon of the vocal coaching world), and Tom Jackson (renowned live music producer) will host Music Industry Bootcamp. The two-day event is tailored for aspiring musicians and songwriters, who will get insight on what record labels are looking for when signing an artist.

On Friday, attendees will see music industry professionals critique 12 pre-selected artists after they perform during a live industry showcase.  Hear first-hand what the representatives are looking for and what they’re not.

On Saturday, Manning from Singing Success and Jackson from Onstage Success will lead informative coaching sessions, and Rick Barker will show step-by-step strategies on monetization and social media.
