Emery Wood Fired officially opened in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. The restauranteurs behind The Stillery brought Emery to life in a location previously occupied by Royal Cleaners. Guests can expect elevated American cuisine featuring steak, seafood, house-made pastas, and wood-fired pizzas. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

Emery’s interior offers guests a modern and chic dining atmosphere. The 3,900-square-foot restaurant includes a dining room with seating for up to 90 guests and a long bar with 16 barstools. There are a variety of seating options ranging from intimate booths to comfortable high-tops, which all provide a view into the semi-open kitchen.

The Exterior

One of the many allures of Emery is their expansive 80-seat covered outdoor patio. This alfresco dining option is perfect to enjoy on a nice day. A free parking lot is available for customers along with a variety of side street parking.

The Menu

Emery’s menu is eclectic yet approachable. Whether you’re in the mood for Miso Glazed Salmon or Pepperoni Pizza, there is something to satisfy everyone’s palate. A few popular dishes include the Crawfish Tagliatelle, Shiitake Dashi Risotto, and Roasted Corn. Pair any meal with a refreshing craft cocktail. See the full menu.
