Cheese Gal, a curated cheese and charcuterie concept created by Cortney LaCorte, officially opened on the ground level of the Fairlane Hotel on November 6, 2020. Cheese Gal is open to the public and hotel guests, offering curbside pick-up, dine-in, and grab ‘n go items. The space also hosts special events like L’Aperitif, a weekly happy hour featuring a beautifully plated cheese board and wine pairing. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

Cheese Gal has a dedicated entrance on 4th Avenue as well as an entrance through the hotel’s lobby. The cozy space has three high-top tables and bar seating along the exterior window. Guests can select grab ‘n go items from the cooler or order a cheese board and glass of wine to enjoy in-house.

The Menu

The Cheese Gal in-shop menu includes several cheese and charcuterie boxes options as well as miscellaneous items like nuts, crackers, honey, and preserves. Custom boards and wine can also be enjoyed in the café for an elevated experience. Be sure to check Instagram for the latest specials, events, and kits, like the Holiday Baked Brie Kit pictured below.

See the in-shop menu.

If you’re interested in ordering a board for an upcoming event or party, be sure to visit the online shop. For larger events, see the grazing table option.

The Details
