Cochon555, the highly-acclaimed nationwide culinary tour, returns to Nashville on Sunday, March 1, 2020, from 5:00pm to 7:30pm at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Watch five of Nashville’s top chefs cook five heritage breed pigs in a friendly competition to win the “Princess/Prince of Pork” title, then vote on your favorite. There will also be a Somm Smackdown, where five sommeliers will face-off to create the best wine and pork pairing. The all-inclusive feast benefitting The Nashville Food Project also offers guests over 25 bites, an artisan cheese bar, charcuterie, sweets, and cocktails, including a custom Old Fashioned bar and a DIY Bloody Mary bar. The culinary lineup includes a variety of the top chefs, family farmers, winemakers, restauranteurs, butchers, and more.
